Strata Living

On the 1st of July 1961, the first strata title legislation was introduced into NSW, forming small communities within NSW. Now, there are more than 100 strata communities in our local council. Better connecting with strata communities will allow decisions to be made that reflect the needs of our residents.

As a strata chairperson for 5 years, Jam understands some of the struggles strata communities faces. Jam wants to use his passion and advoacy to communicate with key stakeholders in these communities.
